I was massively skeptical about purchasing an... read more axolotl online, I did a lot of research and found there’s probably three or four moderately reputable online stores, and also realized a couple you really do not want to purchase from. After reading the reviews about Axolotls NYC, I was comforted that I was shopping at the right place. Their pricing is better, and I found there’s a lot more to it that ended up being massive value buying from Axolotls NYC. We were looking for something very specific in size (very juvenile size) that was not on their website so I sent them a message to see about future availability. Within a day Cynthia and her team provided photos of inventory, creating a massive personal experience, it was so fantastic to get to see the exact Axie you could potentially be purchasing. Despite the large inventory, we found exactly what we were looking for which I will admit, I was an absolute time vacuum, and Cynthia and her crew were so amazingly helpful through the whole process, all questions answered, I couldn’t ask for more. When our axolotl arrived, it was packaged beyond any expectation I could’ve had. Very well, bagged, lots of water, insulation, a freezer pack, and great instructions. All the fears I had of purchasing something like this online, were for not, they have this very figured out and do it right. I got so much personalized attention from my first inquiry, all the way to tracking to my door, so much help, great pricing, this all adds up to a massive value. Cynthia and her crew clearly do this out of passion and love for the animals and their customers, making it very easy to write this positive review and recommend them to all.
