GFP Wild Type Axolotl

GFP Wild Type axolotls appear green/tan/gray in color, with dark eyes and red/purple gills. These animals contain Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP), a protein isolated from jellyfish and genetically passed down through breeding that makes them glow green for their entire life under blue led lighting.
